CFWT Scholarship Spotlight: Mia Garza

Class of 2022 salutatorian Mia Garza is the All Saints High School Academic Award Scholarship recipient. Mia is now a student at Lubbock Christian University studying Criminal Justice. Mia's career goal is to work as a K9 officer, but she is open to a profession in Criminology after her psychology class piqued her interest.

In high school, Mia's accomplishments include the Student Scholar Award, Headmaster Honor Roll, TAPPS Art State Champion, and many other awards. The LCU student has volunteered with organizations that include Lubbock Challenger Little League Inc., Salvation Army, and Hospice of Lubbock. Mia enjoys training with her dog Robin, baking, playing cello, guitar, and keyboard, and watching or reading Anime in her spare time.
